Ashok Chaal is buttressed trunk herb of rainforest Ashoka tree found in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives and Sri Lanka. Also known as Saraca asoca, asupala, kankeli or madhupushpa, it is considered very sacred and auspicious in Hinduism. Offering Ashok bark to Lord Hanuman on Tuesdays is known to remove malefic of Planet Mars.
Medicinal Uses:
Helps provide relief from abdominal pain, joint pain and arthritis.
Prepare as milk decoction to consume during morning for healing female related troubles and leucorrhoea.
Helpful in deworming and internal bleeding and helps treat uterine affections, scabies, lukoria and inflammation.
Make paste and apply on externally injured or fractured bones for pain relief and quick healing.
