1. Prices:
The prices on the product pages in INR (also in US dollar, Euro and GBP) currency are inclusive of shipping charges. Shipping is free on all orders .
2. Guarantee:
We guarantee 100% refund in case if the parcel is lost in transit or in the postal system and is not delivered to you within 45 days time from the date of dispatch.
We shall not refund fully in case of parcels returned due to wrong or insufficient address or if it is rejected by the Customs. In such cases we can either send you replacement at additional shipping cost or refund you after deducting the original shipping cost.
We are not in a position to give you performance guarantee of the products and users are advised to exercise their own judgement, knowledge, experience or experts advise in selecting the product/s.
